What types of projects do you take on?
We focus on privacy-first mobile applications, minimalist productivity tools, and bespoke software for teams who refuse to compromise on engineering quality. Our sweet spot is iOS/macOS development and web platforms with privacy at their core. We don't take on surveillance-tech, ad-tech, or social media platform work.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours during UK business days (Monday–Friday, GMT/BST). For urgent app support issues, please include "[URGENT]" in your email subject line. We treat every message with care, whether it's a small bug report or a large partnership.
Where is your team located?
Our studio is at the Bristol & Bath Science Park in the United Kingdom. We work primarily in UK and European time zones, with flexibility for global partners. We embrace remote collaboration and async workflows — our team is distributed across the UK and parts of the EU.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a 90-day post-launch partnership covering bug fixes, performance monitoring, and iteration support. After that, we offer flexible monthly retainer arrangements for ongoing maintenance, feature development, and platform updates.
